#1) JULY 31 2025 at 7:00PM to hear the 3 applications for consideration, meeting
will be held in the St. Clair Township Administrative Building, 2449 Jackson Road,
#1 an application by Tyler Imfeld for a CONDITIONAL USE VARIANCE from/under which is provided for in Section 25.082 of the Zoning Resolution of St. Clair Township for permission: to build a house on his father’s property located on 81 Warwick Road, Hamilton, 45013 without required road frontage. Applicant: Mr. Tyler Imfeld
#2) An application by Michael Proffitt – 1811 West Elkton Road
an application for a CONDITIONAL USE VARIANCE from/under which is provided for in Section 25.082 of the Zoning Resolution of St. Clair Township for permission: to build a pole building without primary house on property located on 1811 West Elkton Road, Hamilton, 45013

#3) An application by William Warren
an application for a CONDITIONAL USE/ HARDSHIPVARIANCE from/under which is provided for in Section 25.082 of the Zoning Resolution of St. Clair Township for permission: to build a house on property located on 1915 Wayne Madison Road, Trenton, 45067 & to demolish present house at a later date.
